    Trocador respects your privacy, and we are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy, which describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use Trocador (our "App") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

    This policy applies to information we collect:
      -On this App.
      -In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and this App.

    It does not apply to information collected by:
      -Any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the App.

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, you have the choice to not use the App. By accessing or using this App, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may be updated from time to time. Your continued use of this App after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

    Information We Delete After 14 Days:

    -Your trade details, including the destination address, the refund address, and the amount. This is deleted after 14 days, or it is deleted immediately after you request that it be deleted on the Transaction Status screen.

    Information We May Retain for More Than 14 Days:

    Some exchanges require this information to be stored by Trocador, you can check each exchange's log policy on the exchange screen. The information is stored at the moment of the exchange choice being confirmed and we only store this if required by the chosen exchange.
      This data is stored safely by us and only disclosed on an individual basis if required by law enforcement. It is never sold or ceded to third parties or used for anything other than compliance to law enforcement requests.

    -UserAgent and AcceptLanguage of your device's request.
      -Your IP address.

    -Correspondence you send us by email or another support method, and if the issue is still open. We delete emails and messages if we perceive that the support request is closed.

    Information Our Partner Exchanges May Retain:

    Each of our partner exchanges has their own privacy policies and they may retain information about the amounts, coins, addresses and transaction hashes of your trade.
